Professional Accounting Sales was founded in 1983 by Leon W. Faris, CPA to provide merger and acquisition services exclusively to accounting professionals. The firm has grown to include affiliated offices from coast to coast. Each office is headed by a CPA with practical experience in the accounting profession, who earlier had owned his own firm.
